DOWELTRON — Precision Dowel Jig System
Dowel jig for 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm dowels, built from hard-anodized aluminum with 304 stainless steel drilling guides for long-term durability and wear resistance. With 16mm hole spacing built for the 32mm system and added support for Minifix joinery, it also features a new rotating mechanism that switches drilling direction between face and edge for seamless joint connections, plus a stationary option for locked, repeatable setups — built for precision in cabinetry and furniture making.
Choose options

Drill face and edge holes from the same setup. Rotate the jig, keep the offset, and bring cabinet parts together flush.
Turn Doweltron 180° on one axis and 90° on the other to switch between face and edge drilling—without rebuilding the setup.
Drill the broad panel face for matching joints and hardware.
Drill the narrow panel edge at the identical offset.
Use the primary arm for dowel holes and the secondary arm for the Minifix boss hole. Both stay tied to the same reference.
Drills the aligned dowel holes that establish the joint position.
Drills the perpendicular Minifix boss hole for cam-lock assembly.
Press the end grip down for quick one-off work.
Lock the jig to guide rails for repeat drilling.
Take the jig to large workpieces.
Work from an edge, a drawn reference line, or a positioning board to place shelves and dividers exactly where the design calls for them.
Designed for accurate cabinet, shelving and modern furniture construction.
