2024.07.15_MTRJ002-PIONEER Shipping Delay
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share an update on our latest project and apologize for the shipping delay. We’ve been perfecting the design, going through five prototypes, each taking about 1-2 weeks. Manufacturing started on the 8th and will finish by the 15th of next month, with assembly taking another 1-2 weeks. We aim to start shipping by the end of August or early September. The injection molding is done and tested, ready to ship by the 29th of this month. Check out the detailed explanation and pictures of each prototype in the link below. Thanks for your patience!

The delay will be worth it, and no one wants to see something they have spent so long designing and perfecting go out the door flawed. Thank you for your attention to detail and making this the tool you hoped it would be. I am looking forward to getting this and future tools you design and manufacture.

don’t worry about the delay, the important thing is that your wonderful project is progressing in the best possible way.
I speak for me being Italian, but in our country the months of July and August are generally dedicated to summer vacation, so if the shipments will start in late August or early September, it is even better. Just one thing I ask you if possible when you ship send an email where you indicate the tracking number so we can follow the shipment limiting the risk of the goods getting lost.
